Mental health is an incredibly complex and often misunderstood topic. It’s hard to talk about in society, yet we all experience it in our way. In this five-day course, we’ll explore mental health holistically. We’ll look at the various aspects of mental health, from the physical to the spiritual, and offer tips on taking care of yourself. Taking care of our mental health is essential to ensure we live whole and happy lives. Exploring mental health through a holistic lens is a great way to clarify the various components of our well-being. We can ensure that our physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs are met with awareness and intention. Course Expectation: As students enrolled in this course, you should expect to devote 5-15 minutes daily to reading lessons related to mental health. Through five days, the classes will provide you with the knowledge and tools necessary to improve your mental health. At the end of the period, you will be asked to take action based on what you have learned, and I encourage all of you to be honest and open in your response. Stay in the Loop.
